Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation:
- Users may request cancellation of their order within 24 hours of purchase, provided the product or service has not yet been delivered or accessed.
- To request a cancellation, please email connect@8020karthikeyan.com with your order details.
Refunds:
- Once a cancellation is approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued only if the cancellation request is made before the product or service is delivered or accessed.
- Downloadable and digital products, as well as services already rendered, are non-refundable.
- In the case of defective or erroneous deliveries, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt for resolution.
Exceptions to Refunds
Refunds are not available for:
- Services already rendered or accessed
- Digital/downloaded products
- Gift cards or promotional credits
- Orders cancelled after the product/service is delivered or accessed
