Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the 8020 Karthikeyan website, programs, masterclasses and coaching services operated by Point8 Clarity System Private Limited. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Our services
We provide business coaching, productivity training, masterclasses and community programs for entrepreneurs and small business owners. Content is provided for educational and informational purposes. Individual results depend on personal effort, market conditions and other factors beyond our control.
Accounts and registration
When you register for a program, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Payments
All payments for programs and coaching are handled through our secure payment partners. Fees are due at the time of registration unless otherwise agreed.
Refund policy
Refunds are available only before a program or coaching engagement begins. If you cancel before the scheduled start date, you may request a full or partial refund as determined by the specific program's terms. Once a program has started — including any session, module, live class or coaching call having begun — no refunds will be issued. Refund requests must be sent to connect@8020karthikeyan.com before the program start date. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Where applicable law requires a refund regardless of these terms, that law will prevail.
Intellectual property
All content, materials, frameworks, videos, logos and branding on our website and within our programs are owned by Point8 Clarity System Private Limited or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify or resell our content without prior written permission.
User conduct
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in a respectful manner. You may not harass other members, share harmful content, infringe intellectual property rights or engage in activity that disrupts our services. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Point8 Clarity System Private Limited and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or reliance on any content provided.
Governing law
These Terms and your use of our website and services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
